CPE 135A is mainly used as an impact modifier for hard PVC products. Under correct processing conditions, the addition of CPE135A will result in the formation of a three-dimensional mesh structure in hard PVC products. So even in low-temperature environments, hard PVC products can maintain good impact resistance.
CPE135B is a saturated thermoplastic elastomer with almost no crystallization. Due to its excellent properties such as low Mooney degree, low plasticizing temperature, and good compatibility with natural or synthetic rubber, the final product produced with CM135B has good toughness, weather resistance, and flame retardancy.
CPVC resin is a new type of engineering plastic made by chlorination modification of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. After chlorination, the irregularity and polarity of the molecular bonds in PVC resin increase, leading to increased solubility and chemical stability of the resin. This improves the material's heat resistance, resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and oxidant corrosion, as well as its resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and oxidant corrosion. This product is a white or light yellow, odorless, non-toxic, loose particle or powder.
